Our Response to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Pandemic

The health and safety of both our customers and employees is of the utmost importance to us. We want to update you on our response to the widespread coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns.

Advanced Clustering Technologies is committed to continuing what we do best. Our top priorities remain serving our customers, keeping our facility operational and getting orders out the door in a timely manner. We have a plan in place to keep orders and RMAs shipping, but the situation is fluid. If there are any delays that will affect you, we will keep you abreast of the situation.

We are still working, some of us remotely. You can still reach us by phone, email or via our website. Our technical and customer support services remain in operation, as does our cloud service, ACTnowHPC.

We are actively and continuously monitoring our supply chain for any threat. We will continue to assess the situation at hand and adjust our strategy moving forward as necessary.

Any changes that impact our customers, or anticipated delays, will be communicated as quickly as possible.
