Advanced Clustering celebrates 25 years in business

A quarter century of helping organizations design, manage and optimize advanced computing environments.

Kansas City, Mo. — Feb. 14, 2026 — Advanced Clustering Technologies, a trusted leader in turn-key high performance computing (HPC) solutions, proudly announces its 25th anniversary, marking a quarter century of helping organizations design, manage, and optimize advanced computing environments.

Founded in 2001, Advanced Clustering Technologies has grown alongside the ever-changing HPC industry, supporting research institutions, enterprises, and technology leaders as computing demands have increased in scale, complexity, and importance. Over the past 25 years, Advanced Clustering has built a reputation for deep technical expertise, customer-focused solutions, and a commitment to making powerful computing more accessible, reliable, and scalable.

“Over the past 25 years, technologies, architectures, and workloads have changed dramatically, but our focus hasn’t,” said Kyle Sheumaker, President and Chief Technical Officer of Advanced Clustering Technologies. “What’s sustained us throughout our company’s history isn’t a single product or trend. It’s the long-term relationships with customers who rely on their clusters every day and push us to solve real operational problems.”

Advanced Clustering Technologies is best known for its work in cluster architecture, systems management, and operational visibility, including the continued evolution of its ClusterVisor HPC cluster management software. As organizations face increasing demands around performance, security, and efficiency, Advanced Clustering Technologies remains focused on delivering practical solutions that support modern HPC operations.

To commemorate its 25th anniversary, the company plans to celebrate throughout the year with customer spotlights and the debut of the ClusterVisor Operator Group (COG), giving system administrators a forum for getting the most from the company’s cluster management tool.

“While we’re celebrating our past, we’re even more excited about what’s ahead,” added Robin Slattery, Chief Operations Officer. “The next generation of high performance computing presents incredible opportunities, and we look forward to continuing to support our customers for decades to come.”
