In the event you need assistance or help with any Advanced Clustering product, it comes with free Lifetime technical support.   Our support policy and staff is like no other.  All support personal are given the instructions to treat customers how they WISH they were treated when calling other companies for support. This means our support staff has NO quotas or performance metrics they are required to meet.  Their only job is to make sure your question or problem is resolved quickly and efficiently.

Our support department is available to you via phone, email, or this website.  We offer a NO hold time toll-free support number. When you call you get someone that is knowledgeable and helpful right away. All support issues are logged into our ticketing system so that no issue or problem gets left untreated.   At any time you can create a new ticket, check our knowledgebase, or download the latest versions of our software right from this website.
